IMPARTIALITY POLICY
As CTR International Certification and Audit Co. Ltd., in our third-party independent certification activities, we affirm that we are equidistant from all interested parties and do not favor any party. We pledge to treat all parties impartially, independently, and equally under all circumstances.
Together with all our employees, we assure that we will not engage in any commercial, financial, administrative, or other activities that could compromise our independence, impartiality, and objectivity or negatively impact the conformity of certification activities, certification decisions, and results.
We acknowledge that our management organization, management system, and financial management are established and implemented to ensure the impartiality of certification activities and all other activities, and to maintain it continuously.
We understand the importance of impartiality in conducting certification activities and commit to continuously assess potential conflicts of interest, take necessary measures to manage them, and periodically review and renew these analyses to ensure the objectivity of our activities.
Before processing certification applications, we review potential conflicts of interest, and we guarantee that no certification services will be provided in the event of any conflict of interest.
We assure that our employees conduct their activities free from any financial or other conflicts of interest and take all necessary measures to ensure the objectivity of their decisions.
We obtain a commitment and guarantee from all members of our audit team before each audit that they do not have any relationships that may cause a conflict of interest with customers.
We ensure that the individuals making certification decisions are different from those conducting the audits, and we guarantee that before each evaluation, the individuals making certification decisions obtain a commitment and guarantee from customers that they do not have any relationships that may cause a conflict of interest.
We assure that the decisions made by the audit team members and those making certification decisions are not influenced by any associated financial gain.
We assure that consultancy activities are not carried out by any part of CTR's legal personality or any unit under CTR's organizational control, nor by any full-time employee, and that all necessary measures are taken to ensure that consultancy activities by external audit team members do not affect the impartiality of the certification services we provide.
We will not offer or provide internal audit services to our customers.
We declare and commit to all of these through our organizational policy, procedures, committees, understanding, working methods, values, impartiality analyses, contracts we make, and this document.
